So Pleased I don't have a day job

So pleased I don't have a job as a data inputter or something like that. I am so not suited to it. Spent the last two days trying to optimize two of my websites that aren't performing as well as they should www.bookahypnotist.co.uk and www.themindreader.info sick of the sight of computer screens now. almost wish I'd paid someone to do it, but there is some satisfaction if you eventually get it right (and I'm too tight to pay!).

Christmas party entertainment

Well, Christmas isn't far away now (less than 8 weeks) and I am getting well booked up with company christmas parties!
At the tine of writing I only have one Saturday night available (although I do have a few early shows this year, so there is a possibility I may be able to double up on a few, depending on where the enquiries are for!).
I do still have some midweek and Sunday availability and I have not sold new years eve yet if anyone wants some alternative entertainment this New Year.

Carlos Tevez, Rylan & Chris from X Factor and the Hypnotist

Just got back from a mini break at Euro Disney with my family, but it seems it was a popular week there!
Whilst there I spotted Carlos Tevez from Manchester City and Rylan and Chris from the X factor!

Managed to take a couple of bookings for next March for the Comedy Stage Hypnotist Show, but still got some December dates left to sell, so if you know anyone still looking for Christmas party entertainment please ask them to get in touch.

Christmas party entertainment

This year is proving to be the latest booking ever!
I have already sold many of my prime Christmas party nights but do still have a lot of what many people consider prime dates available.
I have always advocated booking early to reserve the dates you really want, however this year may still prove to be the exception to the rule.

The Power of the Mind Show

Some of you may already know about the new show that I launched earlier this year, "The Power of the Mind Show", this is being very well received, although the bookings have been a little slow this year.
I have also built upon this idea and got in on the tribute market!
I am now offering a full evenings entertainment with my "Tribute to the work of Derren Brown and Paul McKenna", an evening of comedy hypnosis and mentalism as it's meant to be!
The early signs from agents and Booker's indicate this could be very popular next year!
For anyone who is not sure what this new show is all about it is probably best decribed as a 40 - 60 min performance of mentalism with the emphasis on humour and audience participation in the best possible taste.
It is, of course, all delivered with the usual Adam Night sense of humour and professionalism.
This new show is offered as either an alternative or alongside the existing comedy stage hypnotist show.

Well it's been some time since my last post, guess I need to make a fresh start.
There are a few things hypnosis related that I want to comment on over the next few days, so let's just get this out there as a starter.

Just thought I would write and tell you about a fantastic show last Friday!
I was at Pontins, Brean sands, there were 1350 people in the audience, I stopped people coming on stage at about 60! hypnotised loads and worked 8!
It was a really good night!

Most Bizzare Show yet!

Last night, I was performing at a private party in a restaurant in Knightsbridge, it turned out the party was for 35, 8-11 year olds, they were a bit rowdy but they loved the show and the booker gave me a £50 tip!

Oh what a night!

After 20 years in the business I have just seen my first act get "paid off".
I was working for Haven Holidays at the weekend with an Abba tribute band, they were so bad they almost cleared the room when the Ents manager told them "make that your last song"
There were only 18 people left in the room when I started, but I git 4 volunteers and hypnotised 3 of them and we all had a great night. The entertainments team could not thank me enough for turning it round and saving the night. Shame it was so far away, had a seven and a half hour drive home after it!

I know why we only have one Christmas each year!

It is because that is exactly how long it takes for you not to remember how awful some staff Christmas parties can be!

Back with avengence

Nothing like starting back gently.
Operation went well, 3 weeks off work (27 days to be precise, the longest I can remember ever going between shows) then back to one local one on the Thursday, Dalbeatie in Scotland on the Friday, Port Talbot in Wales on the Saturday, Sunday off before going to Hastings and back on the Monday!
